In November 2021, DDRM and its partners completed a 26-unit affordable, multi-family project located in a high barrier-to-entry market at 1120 South Park Loop Road, Jackson Hole. The property generates predictable cash flows over what is contemplated to be a long-term hold period and is fully leased. The units are a mix of both rent-restricted, as well as market rate leases. After successful completion and lease-up, DDRM now serves in an asset management capacity.
