DDRM Partners had a limited development role. 

Over the course of two decades, DDRM Partners assembled the land and negotiated a subsidy package through the Utah legislature at the request of Salt Lake County.  After winning an RFP process, and given its focus on mixed-use ultra-luxury projects, DDRM subsequently brought in Portman, an experienced convention HQ developer.  This property includes 700 keys, 60,000 square feet of meeting space, and opened in Fall 2022.
