St. Regis Deer Valley

DDRM was the project and development manager for the St. Regis Resort & Residence project in Deer Valley. 

We began by working with the landowner and eventually with equity partners.  Daily we worked with the ownership employees, who had no hospitality experience.  The hotel opened in 2009 with 86 condo suites (171 keys), 26 residences, and the Jean-Georges Vongerichten restaurant.  Residence resale prices are still the highest in the area (only a couple in 12 years), and created a record $1,700 square foot, eclipsing the previous record of $929 for family residence.
